Like the dedicated professionals of the National Security Agency, the dedicated volunteer meditators develop the full potential of intelligence to perpetuate peace and security. The Transcendental Meditation and TM-Sidhis program enlivens the inner intelligence of nature, for the individual, and through the individual, to society.
Alertness, awareness, consciousness, and knowledge equal power. Knowledge is the basis of action.
Through the development of knowledge of the Absolute, one gains more and more support of natural law. Knowledge has two aspects: direct experience, and intellectual understanding. Experience is more fundamental, and makes the understanding lively. The theory explains and reinforces the experiential practice.
Through the daily contact with the source of thought, the source of pure knowledge, one spontaneously radiates its influence into the environment. Through the Maharishi Effect, even those who are not meditating, derive the benefits of this enlivenment of consciousness, intelligence, and peace.
The TM program helps expand consciousness, the container of knowledge. Awareness, or consciousness is the key to success in any endeavor of life. Consciousness expands through the regular practice of experiencing pure consciousness in a state of restful alertness, then coming out to stabilize transcendental consciousness in daily waking state activity.

The students and faculty of Maharishi University of Management constitute a "Creative Intelligence Agency", by integrating the standard academic discliplines, from astronomy to zoology, with the Science of Creative Intelligence (SCI). SCI illustrates the universal natural principles common to all fields of knowledge. As the CIA, through its Center for the Study of Intelligence (CSI) studies its relative aspects, SCI studies intelligence itself - its source, course, and development.
As the National Security Agency and Central Intelligence Agency seek reliable relative knowledge of the environment, so does the practitioner of the TM program seek to uncover pure knowledge of the absolute levels of existence, on the path to enlightenment. As the NSA and CIA seek to broaden their perspective of global situations, so does the meditator or sidha seek to broaden his perspective of the universe. Studies validate the growth of intelligence in terms of grade point average, broad comprehension, and ability to focus sharply.

The Golden Dome is on the campus of Maharishi International University in Fairfield, Iowa. Like the NSA in rural Fort Meade, Maryland, the participants in the Maharishi Technology of the Unified Field are in an environment conducive to the receptivity of knowledge. Both groups silently carry out their important mission, knowing the value of their job to protect world peace. They are not concerned with public praise or appreciation, satisfied in knowing they have averted catastrophes and protected lives.
The CIA, NSA, and National Reconnaissance Office utilize the latest technology to probe outward into the relative fields of existence, from signal intelligence to satellite telescopes. The practitioners of the TM and TM-Sidhis program use the most ancient yet most advanced technology to probe deeply into the levels of the Unified Field within, using the largely untapped abilities of the human nervous system.
The U.S. intelligence agencies use the most sophisticated and sensitive instruments to gather incoming signals, and process them into knowledge. Yet, the human nervous system is still the most advanced data processing instrument.
As the "code breakers" of NSA work to uncover and understand the secret transmissions of human intelligence that abound around us. Likewise, the sidhas uncover and understand more of the secrets of nature's intelligence, hidden in the impulses of natural law described in the Vedas. These vibrations of nature's intelligence have long been held to be too hard to decipher. They extract useful knowledge from data and information that abounds around us.
From the two Golden Domes of MUM and the two Black Boxes of NSA, the United States is gaining intelligence from both the Absolute and relative aspects of life. This intelligence in turn leads to greater security for the USA and its allies. Higher consciousness enables those who can see to easily neutralize those act blindly in darkness. It provides the basis of averting antagonistic tendencies before they can arise to action.
